The 5,000-square-foot poker room is now the largest in the state. That changed Monday morning as the doors officially opened and the cards were dealt. The Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, about two hours north of New York City, opened its doors to New York state gamblers last month, but at the time the poker room wasn’t quite ready.
